In this role, you'll be providing Tier 2 phone and email customer support in German for an e-commerce client. You'll represent our company's values and help create an outstanding customer experience with every conversation.

Project Hours:

24/7; operating hours to be determined but must be flexible to work PST or CEST times

Commitment:

25-30 hours/week

What We Are Looking For?

  • German speaker
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
  • Previous customer support experience is required
  • Chat and phone support experience is a huge PLUS!
  • Comfortable taking the initiative
  • Comfortable doing searches in multiple screens/windows using admin tools
  • Mastery of the written word (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
  • Ability to pick things up quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where a lot is expected from you
  • Retail and/or eCommerce experience is a plus
  • Passion for shopping and helping customers shop is required
  • Available to start orientation ASAP!
