✨ About The Role
- Responsible for building innovative payments products that cater to both engineering and finance teams
- Involved in shaping the engineering culture of a fast-growing startup by working on the core platform that interfaces with customers and banks
- Required to build robust, scalable systems that can handle a high volume of API calls and ensure reliability for moving money at scale
- Expected to work closely with the product team to scope and ship products for engineering and finance users
- Opportunity to grow within the company by mentoring new engineers, contributing to internal tooling and documentation, and participating in the hiring process
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in building web applications professionally for at least 5 years, with a focus on Typescript, React, and GraphQL
- Skilled in working with relational databases and models, particularly with Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL, and Tailwind CSS
- Comfortable with contributing to open source projects and writing quality API documentation
- Able to mentor new engineers, write internal tooling and documentation, and participate in the interview process for new hires
- Familiar with working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating with product teams to deliver user-centric products and features
