- Architect complex solutions for prospects and customers, translating their technical, financial, and operational needs into compelling visions of how Modern Treasury can solve their problems
- Collaborate with the product team on roadmap planning and product design to ensure alignment with customer needs
- Develop detailed solution design documents, deliver customized demos and presentations, and provide feedback to improve the positioning of Modern Treasury products
- Act as a trusted advisor to companies modernizing their payment infrastructure, launching new products, or streamlining inefficient processes
- Play a key role in shaping the story of Modern Treasury for Enterprise customers and driving the company's growth in the market
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in customer-facing technical roles with at least 6+ years of experience, preferably in a sales engineering capacity
- Skilled in presenting, storytelling, and delivering compelling demos to executive audiences
- Proficient in REST API based solution design and interested in learning about payment systems, finance processes, and accounting fundamentals
- Self-driven learner who enjoys teaching and constantly improving their knowledge
- Excellent communicator who can collaborate closely with product teams and provide valuable feedback for roadmap planning and product design
