✨ About The Role
- The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a foundational role in the enterprise sales team, engaging prospective customers to understand their business needs and expanding the current sales team
- Responsibilities include orchestrating sales processes with multiple stakeholders, delivering revenue objectives annually, and managing teams of successful sellers
- The role involves partnering closely with a sales engineering team, segmenting and prioritizing clients, and maintaining the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management systems
- The successful candidate will develop account plans/strategies with enterprise sellers, execute enterprise sales strategies, and coach Account Executives on their approach and strategy
- Expectations include regular travel up to 30% for client engagements and team collaboration

- Experienced sales leader with a minimum of 4 years in sales leadership and 10+ years in a sales function, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives, strong relationship management skills, and excellent coaching abilities
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and prioritize clients in collaboration with enterprise sellers
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in innovative businesses, growth strategies, and technology
- Previous experience managing successful sales teams, sourcing, hiring, and onboarding sellers
