✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life cycle changes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as People Partners, Legal, IT, Recruiting, and Finance/Payroll to support HR programs and initiatives
- Support employee benefits programs, perks, and visa sponsorships, ensuring accurate and timely payroll across the organization
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, run reports, and assist with annual compliance reports and filings as needed
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and legal documentation, providing timely support to employee inquiries and issue resolution
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced HR/People Operations professional with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in benefits, HR systems, compliance, and employee life cycle support
- Proficient in HR technology, HRIS, and systems integrations, with a track record of implementing scalable processes
- Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices, ensuring data privacy standards are adhered to
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Detail-oriented individual who can navigate ambiguity, pivot quickly as priorities change, and provide timely responses to employee inquiries
