✨ About The Role
- Collaborate within the Demand Gen team to build and launch marketing programs across various channels like email, webinars, events, videos, website chat, and paid media
- Own and maintain the Marketo instance, identifying improvements and ensuring optimal performance to support a robust campaign calendar
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, tying results directly to business objectives
- Optimize lead flow by maintaining attribution models, enhancing ABM account scoring/routing, and boosting pipeline conversion rates
- Deliver regular KPI reports and translate marketing data into actionable insights for decision-makers
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Marketo and SaaS expert with at least 3+ years in enterprise/SaaS marketing, including 2+ years of hands-on Marketo/Hubspot experience
- Skilled systems thinker comfortable with Salesforce integrations and data analysis across the MarTech stack
- Process-driven optimizer passionate about operational excellence, change management, and building best-in-class frameworks
- Data translator able to analyze campaign results and provide strategic recommendations for action
- Adaptable team player thriving in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects, and collaborating effectively remotely
