✨ About The Role
- Lead a team of engineers in building scalable services critical to Ro's platform, focusing on the Health Data platform
- Partner with Product, Data, and Design teams to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product and technical aspects
- Establish team goals and metrics aligned with company strategy while maintaining technical standards and best practices
- Contribute to the development and health of the larger engineering organization, including culture, innovation, and recruiting
- Full-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY with a target base salary range of $221,900 - $260,000 per year, in addition to competitive equity and benefits package

- Experienced engineering manager with a track record of leading high-performing teams in building scalable web applications and distributed systems
- Strong ability to develop team members, provide regular feedback, and support their career growth
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for coaching and developing a diverse team of engineers
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments, with a drive to seek clarity for the team
- Familiarity with health data, EHRs, alerting systems, and clinical informatics would be a bonus
