✨ About The Role
- Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of patient-facing teams, including onboarding, licensing, credentialing, and workforce management
- Lead workforce management across clinical and non-clinical teams to maintain key SLAs and improve internal processes as the organization grows
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to understand team needs, support performance management processes, and optimize key vendor relationships
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to enhance the patient experience, reduce the cost of care, and ensure seamless operational execution
- Report to the SVP, Care Delivery and lead a team of three within the Care Delivery organization
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in scaling operations within a fast-growing healthcare organization, with at least 10+ years of total experience
- Proficient in workforce management and licensing & credentialing, with prior team/people management experience
- Comfortable with data analysis tools like Excel, Looker, Metabase, and can build basic financial models
- Strong project management skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and a track record of continuous improvement and building excellence
