What we expect:

• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns and manage budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to drive sales growth while meeting strict performance goals
• Regularly track and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure delivery within defined ROI targets
• Continuously manage analytics to optimize both organic and paid channels using analytic tools
• Prepare and deliver reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement, and iterate based on findings
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, bidding models, and new ideas; regularly evaluate new features and beta tools
• Design and execute CRM strategies focused on customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and increasing customer lifetime value through targeted campaigns and personalized journeys
• Create, manage, and optimize omnichannel communication flows (email, push, SMS) based on audience segmentation and behavioral triggers, using CRM and campaign automation platforms
• Measure and report CRM performance using key metrics such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and churn; continuously iterate to improve outcomes
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and community engagement by planning and executing social media and influencer marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance across platforms

What we are looking for:

• University degree from a reputable institution in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in the e-commerce and fashion ecosystem (experience with mobile apps is a plus)
• Strong drive and experience in A/B testing
• Genuine interest in digital marketing and platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as D. Engage, Twillio ve Dataport or similar platforms, and strong understanding of retention strategies in e-commerce
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn customer data into actionable insights and improve CRM-driven marketing performance
• Experience in managing social media accounts and executing influencer marketing campaigns is a strong plus
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must
• Proficient in MarTech tools such as GA4, Adjust, Looker Studio, etc.
• Results-oriented, resourceful, and a proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making abilities
• Takes full ownership of tasks and responsibilities
