What You'll Be Doing

You will be joining to support a newly-formed Growth Squad in a rapidly growing B2C startup.

Your core responsibility will be ensuring the quality of the features and experiments on Growth projects both on the app and web. You will also help support the delivery processes for the Growth Squad and when necessary work with other QA engineers to support other projects in other areas (Automation, Core Squad projects).

What Does Success Look Like In This Role?

• Growth projects are delivered to users with high quality.
• Releases are going out on schedule and the release process is clear for all stakeholders.
• Automation test suite for Growth Features gives quick feedback if core functionality is broken.

What You'll Bring

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a QA.
• Solid understanding of how QA fits into the project iteration and release processes.
• Familiarity with QA best practices and core QA tools (Testiny).
• Good intra-team communication skills.
• ISQTB qualified or working towards.

The Details

• Contract type: Full-time, permanent
• Salary range: £30k-40k
• Experience: Junior/Mid
• Location: We're based at our East London office 3 days a week
• Sponsorship: Unfortunately we're not able to offer sponsorship for this position
