Promotion Specialist

Responsibilities

Transport & Logistics

• Delivery and pickup of promotional and event materials (e.g., promotional items, exhibition stands, equipment).
• Safe driving of vehicles including trailers (trailer driver's license required).
• Responsibility for load securing and compliance with transport regulations.

Setup & Teardown

• Assistance with the setup and teardown of promotional stands, event areas, and promotional items.
• Help with technical setup (e.g., setting up banners, tents, furniture, displays).
• Inspection and maintenance of the equipment used.

Allround Support / Helping Hand

• Flexible support of the promotional and event team on site.
• Coordination of smaller tasks during events (e.g., material replenishment, placement of giveaways).
• Contribution to smooth operations and professional appearance for customers.

Qualification

Profile

• Driving license class BE (trailer license) required.
• Experience in load securing and transport desirable.
• Hands-on skills and enjoyment in practical work.
• Teamwork, reliability, and an independent, solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to flexible working hours (including weekends or evenings, depending on the event).
• Friendly and service-oriented behavior in customer contact.
