Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of travel-focused clients, overseeing the execution and performance of their programmatic campaigns. You will work closely with TravelDesk's media traders, strategists, insights and creative teams to ensure seamless delivery and strong client relationships. This role requires both strategic thinking and a deep understanding of digital media, client management, and programmatic technology.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Own client communication and build lasting relationships based on trust, expertise, and performance.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies with clear KPIs and measurable results.
  • Develop and present innovative programmatic campaign ideas across digital display, video, CTV, audio, native, and more.
  • Collaborate with global media, strategy, trading, analytics, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor pacing, troubleshoot issues, and optimise campaigns in real time.
  • Present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to clients.
  • Stay ahead of ad tech and industry trends to drive innovation in client strategies.

What you'll bring:

  • 4-6+ years' experience in digital advertising or media, with a strong programmatic focus.
  • Proven background in account management and client services.
  • Experience with travel brands (tourism boards, airlines, hotels, OTAs, luxury travel) a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic buying technologies and structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • A track record of driving client growth and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
