Sales & Marketing Account Manager (F/M/D) Travel & Tourism

We are looking for a committed Sales & Marketing Account Manager (F/M/D) Travel & Tourism with strong motivation and passion to join our team and help us grow our clients' market presence across the travel and tourism sector.
Your responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, trade partners, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing plans that raise destination awareness and drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and ensure top-quality service delivery.
- Analyse market trends, create actionable insights, and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Represent clients at trade shows, events, workshops, and industry networking opportunities.
- Manage budgets effectively while maximizing promotional impact and ROI.
Your profile:
- A degree in Tourism, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the tourism/travel industry.
- Strong industry contacts and in-depth knowledge of the travel sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (German & English OR Dutch & English, additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to deliver creative marketing solutions and negotiate successfully.
- A proactive, professional "can-do" attitude with strong analytical skills.
