MMGY Grifco is a leading public relations firm specialising in international luxury travel and lifestyle PR. It is a creative, boutique, PR company which nurtures the needs of its travel, spa and beauty clients. As part of the MMGY Global family, Grifco's clients have access to an international communications practice across all marketing channels – providing a holistic and fully integrated solution to marketing needs.

Based in London, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, creative and experienced Account Executive to provide support and assistance to the PR account team, establish media relationships and to promote the public image of the designated clients and the Company. Main duties would include:

• Managing and supporting on day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Writing and proofing interesting and creative copy for press releases and bespoke pitches.
• Building and maintaining target media lists for client activities.
• Handling incoming trade and press enquiries.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, colleagues and relevant media and industry contacts.
• Assisting with the organisation of and attending trade shows, press trips and media meetings etc.
• Assisting with the preparation of client presentations.
• Preparation of campaign evaluation and reporting material for client meetings.
• Event organising.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in PR or a similar role is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively while working to strict deadlines.
• A proactive, analytical and methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A flexible, positive and can-do attitude.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing towards shared goals.
• A genuine interest in travel.
