As a Customer Service Representative you will serve as the Company's first point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for supporting the policy life cycle through policy administration activities and provide telephone assistance with payments, billing, policy and claims information, technical support and various other general inquiries. This role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and is based out of our Presque Isle, ME office.
