Our client is a rapidly growing legal tech company (10x growth since launch in April 2024) backed by top-tier firms like Sequoia and Redpoint . Their mission is to make justice radically more accessible by building the infrastructure to automate administrative legal work, starting with personal injury. They combine expert operations with purpose-built AI to handle everything from client intake to demand management.

They are looking for a product-minded Software Engineer who wants to solve high-impact problems with urgency and ownership. You will be instrumental in turning the chaos of paper-based legal bottlenecks into clarity using well-designed systems and thoughtful software.

What You'll Do:

• Own Major Features: Design, build, and ship production-grade, end-to-end systems across core workflows, from architecture through release.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product, operations, design, and legal experts to define and deliver real-world impact.
• Move Fast, Safely: Build systems with integrated safety, observability, and performance from the start, moving quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Help Set the Standard: Influence the engineering culture, stack, and practices of the company from the ground up.
• Work Onsite: Join the team in-person 4 days/week in NYC for high-context, fast-moving collaboration.
