Role Summary

Our client is looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Lead Engineer who can own everything from architecture decisions to first shipping deadlines. You'll join as their first technical hire with the option to step in as a Co-Founder depending on experience and mutual fit. They are looking for someone comfortable and able to contribute to decisions at the highest strategic level within product and tech as well as other areas of the business.

What You'll Do

• Architect and build high-quality web and mobile TypeScript applications using modern frameworks such as Next.js (or similar).
• Design, implement, and evolve scalable database schemas for consumer-facing e-commerce and content apps.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and serverless cloud infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, GCP).
• Integrate and experiment with cutting-edge AI services (OpenAI, function calling, multi-modal APIs) and master prompt engineering best practices.
• Prototype modern, interactive user interfaces that delight players—low latency, visually rich, and optimized for both desktop and mobile.
• Work closely with the product team to convert early prototypes or even concepts into high quality software.
• Establish engineering standards and mentor future hires as we scale the engineering team.
