Founding Engineer - Full Stack (Remote, US or Canada)

Location: Remote (US or Canada)

Salary Range: $225,000 - $260,000 USD

We are a rapidly growing, profitable technology startup pioneering a solution to significantly reduce the complexity and high costs associated with launching digital tokens for large enterprises. Our platform automates and streamlines the entire process—which typically costs between $500K and $1.5M—by eliminating hidden "information arbitrage" and providing step-by-step guidance, vetted vendor connections, and execution support powered by proprietary technology.

As a Founding Engineer - Full Stack, you will play a critical role in developing the core platform, shaping its direction, and ensuring its scalability.

What You'll Do:

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of key product verticals, driving development from conception to deployment.
• Scalable Architecture: Design and build highly scalable, high-performance systems and execute iterative releases with speed and quality.
• Integrations & UI: Lead technical integrations with major industry vendors and architect intuitive, user-friendly UIs.
• Product Influence: Actively influence the product roadmap and engage directly with customers to gather feedback and refine features.
• Technology Stack: Work across our core stack: TypeScript, React/Next.js, React Query, and PostgreSQL.
