They are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the strategy and implementation of our product for our enterprise customers, which include Fortune 500 companies and tech unicorns. This role involves working at the intersection of engineering and customer engagement, solving real problems at a massive scale.
Own the end-to-end integration strategy of our product with enterprise customer systems.
Partner with customers to understand their needs and set their strategy with our platform.
Build GenAI-powered agentic workflows and automation for billions of events.
Serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our users.
Handle tasks currently managed by software engineers, including data integrations, configuration, and load testing.
Manage stakeholder relationships across both technical and non-technical teams.
