Optical Engineer
Ophir Optoelectronics Solutions is looking for an optical engineer for the optics lab.
In this role, you will:
- Integrate prototypes of various integrated electro-optical systems, optics, mechanics, and control
- Perform optical and mechanical measurements and calibrations
- Work with the design team
- Define calibration and testing procedures and transition from development to production
- Design and set up arrays of electro-optical test equipment and upgrade existing arrays
- Manage troubleshooting of systems
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electro-optics engineering
- Experience in integrating optical/thermal systems or laboratory work experience
- Knowledge and experience in optical measurements – advantage
- Systematic and technological vision
- English – very good level
- Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem
