Mechanical Design Engineer At MKS
As a mechanical design engineer at MKS, you will be part of the mechanical design team to design measurement instruments, primarily for lasers, in the development department. In this role, you will report to the mechanical design department manager.
Within the scope of your position, you will be responsible for:
- Mechanical design of products and fixtures including the preparation of component drawings
- Preparing assembly drawings and entering them into the ERP system (SAP)
- Supporting the production, engineering, and physics departments
- Performing thermal and flow simulations
Required skills for the position include:
- Mechanical engineer with at least five years of experience
- High-level knowledge and experience in SolidWorks
