כמנהל/ת חשבונות ספקים ולקוחות ב MKS, תהיה/י חלק ממחלקת הכספים לטיפול ותמיכה בספקים ולקוחות. ב MKS תצטרף/י לחברה טכנולוגית גלובלית ומתקדמת, שמובילה חדשנות ומטמיעה תהליכים מתקדמים בתחום הכספים. זו הזדמנות לקחת חלק בצוות גלובלי, לעבוד עם מערכות ERP מתקדמות ולהיות שותף/ה לתהליכים משמעותיים שמשפיעים על פעילות החברה בעולם. בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהלת צוות בכספים.

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים

• טיפול בכל תחומי הנהלת חשבונות ספקים ולקוחות, כולל אימות וקליטת חשבוניות מול הזמנות רכש
• התאמות כרטיסים
• טיפול בהתכתבויות ספקים ולקוחות, תזכורות תשלום ופניות פנימיות
• חשבונות חתך וסגירת תקופה
• טיפול בנושאי הנהלת חשבונות נוספים במידת הצורך
• בניית קשרי עבודה חיוביים בתוך החברה ומחוצה לה
• שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם הממשקים הפנימיים ברכש, לוגיסטיקה ובקרה

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד

• מנהל/ת חשבונות סוג 2 – חובה, סוג 3 – יתרון
• ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים ולקוחות – לפחות 5 שנים
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
• שליטה ב Excel ברמה גבוהה – חובה
• עבודה עצמאית וראש גדול
• גישה מקצועית ויזומה לעבודה, תשומת לב רבה לפרטים
• שליטה במערכות ERP: SAP / Priority – יתרון משמעותי
• נכונות ופתיחות לשינויים
