Lead and inspire our outbound telesales team to exceed customer retention targets while playing a pivotal role in high-impact campaigns that maximize conversions and accelerate revenue growth.
You'll champion world-class quality standards, ensuring every customer interaction is accurate, compliant, and professionally exceptional. Your coaching expertise will unlock your team's potential, helping them master new skills and bridge performance gaps.

Education: Diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
Experience: At least 4+ years in telesales, customer service, or sales management with proven results
Leadership Skills: Strong team management abilities with a track record of motivating teams to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional customer service
Analytical Edge: Sharp data interpretation skills to identify trends and make strategic decisions that boost performance
Technical Advantage: Familiarity with CRM systems and relevant software (major plus!)
