As Regional Sales Training Lead for Ogun State, you will own the sales performance of a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) - recruiting, developing, and driving them toward targets that matter. This is a leadership role with real commercial accountability: you're not just managing people, you're building the local infrastructure that connects M-KOPA's products to the communities that need them most.
Most sales leadership roles hand you a playbook and ask you to run it. This one asks you to read the terrain — Ogun's communities, its networks, its rhythms — and build the strategy that fits. You'll have the autonomy to develop local agent networks, shape your team's approach, and influence how M-KOPA shows up in one of Nigeria's most commercially dynamic states.
