MJHS

A non-profit organization providing comprehensive health and rehabilitation services to the Greater New York area.

Physical Therapist

MJHS Home Care provides advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients recovering from illness, injury or surgery. With a comprehensive range of services supported by an integrated health system, patients can recover in the familiar surroundings of their home.

At MJHS, we are more than a workplace; we are a supportive community committed to excellence, respect, and providing high-quality, personalized health care services. We foster collaboration, celebrate achievements, and promote fairness for all. Our contributions are recognized with comprehensive compensation and benefits, career development, and the opportunity for a healthy work-life balance, advancement within our organization and the fulfillment of having a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

How can a PT thrive on independence and also be the quintessential team player?

If that describes you, then all you need is the right opportunity to do both—with the autonomy to do your job as you see fit, independently, while also being part of a team as dedicated to patient care as you are.

At MJHS, you will find all that. You'll be in close daily contact with an interdisciplinary team whose high level of passion for their work—and compassion for their patients—matches yours. The free exchange of ideas with your team will also give you a multifaceted view of each patient's condition and potential.

In this role, your exceptional communication skills will be key to your success. You will schedule independent home visits to screen and treat your patients and continually reevaluate and document their progress. You'll also have a rare degree of flexibility to spend the time you need with each patient. And all along the way, you will enjoy the benefit of collaborating with a team of experienced clinicians who will be as open to your ideas as you are to theirs.
