You'll be joining our Mitratech HR Solutions Engineering team, working on an AI-First SaaS product to streamline the HR functions for our customers. Mitratech has a deep best-practices system and culture supporting continuous improvement of low-defect, scalable, software that delivers exceptional experiences for our clients. Make it to prod: in Python/FastAPI/Pydantic and React
Own the platform (DevOps philosophy where you will participate in ops) and respond promptly to any production issues to remediate rapidly.
Own the culture Work as a team, support the team, show candor and care
Own Stability and Security. Avoid introducing an OWASP vulnerability. Know how APIs are secured, sessions are handled, and data is validated properly.

Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity. This role can be performed 100% remote, anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay: $150,000 USD Annually. Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
