We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager (TAM) to drive new business growth and manage strategic customer relationships in the Netherlands, focusing on the Midsize and Large Enterprise market.
In this role, you will be responsible for positioning Mitel's Unified Communications and Customer Experience solutions, including hardware, software, and professional services, to end-user customers. All sales will be fulfilled through our established network of channel partners and distributors, requiring strong collaboration within our indirect Go-To-Market (GTM) model.
As a key contributor to the region's success, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and solution delivery—while ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing engagement. You will be expected to meet or exceed your sales targets, maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast through Salesforce, and stay current with product knowledge through regular training and certification programs.
