Working as part of our Personal Lines Client Care team, your passion for providing top-notch customer service will shine as you support our existing clients with guidance and expertise that helps to strengthen overall retention. You know that every client interaction is an opportunity to better meet their needs. Yes, this means up-selling, but not in a pushy way. More in a "how else can I help you today?" way. You'll work with clients through multiple channels to answer questions, make policy changes, review renewals, cross-sell, update files, assist with billing changes, and complete other service requests. You'll be their go-to insurance expert, providing professional advice to ensure they have the protection they need.
What you're amazing at:
Your qualifications: You've worked as an Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage for two or more years and have deep knowledge of Personal Lines products. You also have your RIBO licence.
