Work You'll Do/Responsibilities

This is an AMS Support project with one of our leading clients. The work includes helping end users with break/fix issues, building new reports and looking at new opportunities to use other tools to enhance the Workday experience for the client.

• Collaborate daily with client counterparts to resolve break/fix issues
• Build new reports to address evolving client needs
• Enhance and improve existing reports for greater insight and usability
• Utilize existing tools and systems to increase efficiency for the client
• Provide support for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation projects
• Perform minor technical support tasks, such as restarting servers
• Participating in RPA-related activities without the need for deep RPA expertise
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience implementing and managing Finance/Planning applications
• 7+ years of Workday Financial Reporting and Advanced Reportings
• Prior work with Prism and building BOTs (using any RPA tool)
• Prior ERP reporting experience (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP)
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750-$171,250. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
