Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Operations (50% - 16 hours/week):
- Administrative Support: Serve as the organizational backbone of The Lotus Room KC by meticulously managing dynamic calendars, coordinating appointments across multiple stakeholders, and utilizing tools like Google Calendar, Mind, body, or proprietary scheduling software. You will ensure seamless booking experiences by resolving scheduling conflicts, sending reminders, and maintaining an up to date client database with confidentiality and precision. This role demands acute attention to detail to uphold the studios reputation for flawless service.
- Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact for clients, embodying the studios ethos of warmth and professionalism. Respond to emails, calls, and texts with empathy and clarity, addressing inquiries about services, pricing, and wellness goals. You’ll troubleshoot issues like last minute cancellations or special requests, leveraging problem solving skills to turn challenges into opportunities for client loyalty.
- Financial Coordination: Support the financial ecosystem by processing payments through platforms like Square or QuickBooks, generating invoices, and reconciling daily transactions.
