Internet Sales Processor

Minimum Salary: $18.51 No Nights, No Mandatory OT!

One of the largest IT asset disposition companies in the world, EPC, is looking for an on-site Internet Sales Processor at our St. Charles, MO facility, no mandatory overtime required.

Previous employment in a computer-related field, sales experience, A+ certification, and a degree in electronics or IT field are preferred but not required for this position. This is one of EPCs core services and directly contributes to our commitment to reuse and the circular economy. You will be a vital member of our remarketing team, helping put technology into the hands of consumers and keeping e-waste out of landfills. EPC provides comprehensive hands-on training to develop qualified candidates into successful members of our team.

Brief Summary of Duties

- Assisting customers through email and in person

- Assist in pulling and packaging of equipment for shipment

- Prepare IT type Equipment to be listed for sale on eBay

- Assist in the remarketing of IT type equipment

- Use internal software (Everest and Iinvision) and Sixbit software used to list equipment online

- Keeping the storage locations of listed equipment neat and organized

- Other duties as assigned by department supervisor

Experience and/or Education Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED

- Proficient tying skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills

- Familiar with selling on eBay and other online sales venues

- Is able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Experience and/or Education Preferred

- A+ certified, Degree in Electronics or IT field

- Background working with PC type equipment

- Sales Experience

- Previous employment in computer related job

- Good working knowledge of IT equipment and its value
