Summary of the Job:
Provide general support to lending staff by maintaining loan information on mainframe computer system.
Book and service all loans within the organization. Process loan payments, mail payments, system rejects. System balancing of the new and renewed loans, payments processed by preparing general ledger entries. Set up escrow accounts on system. Maintain reconcilement, credit reporting to agencies, payoff statements and daily reports. Complete Board reporting and other detailed reports. Other duties as assigned.
Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related field OR equivalent work experience preferred. One or more years of loan operations experience preferred with previous documentation and/or servicing experience preferred. Superior communications skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization. Exhibits a high degree of professionalism. Maintain high degree of confidentiality and integrity. Excellent follow through and time management skills. Strong attention to details. Excellent organizational skills. Must exhibit good business acumen. Ability to multi-task and problems solve. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook). Must possess a can-do customer-service attitude/philosophy.

Compensation range (base pay): $40,310.00-$64,497.00. This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
