The Cyber Security Service Biz Ops Team is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer familiar with and who has practiced the Standard Engineering Principles. Major responsibilities include:

• Being the production readiness steward for the platform by partnering with developers to design, build, implement, and support technology services.
• Ensuring operational criteria like system availability, capacity, performance, monitoring, self-healing, and deployment automation are implemented throughout the delivery process.
• Leading the DevOps transformation at Mastercard through tooling and advocating for change and standards throughout the development, quality, release, and product organizations.
• Shifting left to be more proactive and upfront in the development process, and proactively managing production and change activities to maximize customer experience and increase the overall value of supported applications.
• Focusing on risk management by tying all activities together with an overarching responsibility for compliance and risk mitigation across all environments.
• Streamlining and standardizing traditional application-specific support activities and centralizing points of interaction for both internal and external partners by communicating effectively with all key stakeholders.
• Aligning Product and Customer Focused priorities with Operational needs and regularly reviewing the run state from an internal perspective, and providing feedback to development partners on how to improve the customer experience of our applications.

We are looking for a candidate with 80% experience with React work (production support) and 20% experience Enable (DevOps/automation). In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
