MLC CAD Systems is seeking to add a Solidworks Customer Service Engineer to our team. The primary objective of the Solidworks Technical Support Engineer is to increase customer success by providing the highest quality technical support for MLC CAD Systems Clients. This is a customer-facing (via phone, web meeting, or email) position that requires good written and verbal communications skills, and a proven proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that affect users of Solidworks applications.
