Senior Securities Operations Specialist

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Securities Operations Specialist as part of the Wealth and Investment Management Operations team. Key responsibilities include maintaining end-to-end ownership of assigned reconciliation processes, serving as the primary escalation point for complex reconciliation issues, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk standards, leading execution of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for reconciliation processes, supporting Business Continuity Planning (BCP), conducting supervisory reviews, identifying opportunities to streamline reconciliation workflows, collaborating with internal partners to implement sustainable process improvements, supporting the integration of automation tools, acting as a mentor and subject matter resource for peers and junior staff, providing continuity and stability during periods of organizational change or leadership transition, and demonstrating leadership readiness.

In this role, you will lead or participate in moderately complex lifecycle initiatives, review and analyze moderately complex operational tasks, independently resolve moderately complex issues, collaborate and consult with peers, manage expertise in operational processes, resolve moderately complex escalated issues, research moderately complex business risks, contribute to overall effectiveness of the team, lead or contribute to implementation of projects, and make decisions on matters with financial impact and risk.

Required qualifications include 4+ years of Securities Operations experience. Desired qualifications include experience related to depository or mutual fund assets, familiarity with SEI Trust 3000, Frontier, Ops Work Bench, BETA, strong attention to detail, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, ability to navigate multiple computer systems, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills, ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively, solid problem-solving skills, ability to process complex transactions, ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, ability to track and monitor project progress, ability to communicate effectively with business partners and project managers, and FINRA Licensing Series 99.

Job expectations include ability to work a hybrid schedule and willingness to work on-site at stated locations. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance. Pay range is $77,000.00 - $133,000.00.
