The Business Operations team at Glassdoor is responsible for a range of high-impact, high-visibility work spanning strategy, analytics, and operations. This role will be a foundational member of the team supporting the Consumer business, helping to translate data into actionable strategy and ensuring focus on the initiatives that matter most. You will bring proven business judgment, structured problem-solving, and a passion for using data to influence strategy and outcomes. As part of a highly collaborative and fast-moving BizOps team, you'll work on Glassdoor's most pressing and complex challenges to drive clarity and decision-making in ambiguous problem spaces.

San Francisco Bay Remote $130,000 - $188,000 per year
Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
