Job Opportunity: Salesforce Business Analyst

An employer is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team in a dual-capacity role that blends business analysis with Scrum Master responsibilities. This individual will play a critical role in driving Salesforce-related initiatives by bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. As a Business Analyst, this person will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the current Salesforce environment, evaluating incoming requests—primarily from the sales team—and translating them into actionable insights. They will assess the feasibility, impact, and alignment of each request with broader business objectives, ensuring that proposed changes add meaningful value. In collaboration with Salesforce developers and administrators, the analyst will guide the implementation of updates and enhancements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. Simultaneously, as a Scrum Master, this individual will lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, fostering team collaboration and maintaining momentum across sprints. Their leadership will be key in driving delivery timelines, removing roadblocks, and promoting continuous improvement. Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Extensive experience working in the backend of Salesforce, with a strong understanding of process flows
• Extensive experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, etc.
• Certified Scrum Master
• Salesforce Certifications
