Summary

Under general direction, this position will serve as a strategic partner to manage the operational and analytical functions of the sales organization. This position will work closely with the VP of Sales and departmental leaders to provide support in leading project management, reporting, presentations, and data analysis.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manages the development, implementation, and maintenance of sales and marketing performance and business technology platforms.

Partners with sales leadership to drive the business initiatives forward, specifically acting as a liaison between sales, NCC, marketing, and other business units (IT, accounting, revenue management, operations) to improve performance.

Supports the sales organization in budgeting and financial tracking.

Develops and maintains dashboards and KPIs to monitor sales team performance.

Identifies key opportunities for business improvement through analytics, quantitative insights, and good business sense.

Basic Qualifications:

Five or more years of experience in sales organization support or sales leadership.

Knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four years of college, preferably in business management or a related field.

Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to provide feedback and give direction to peers of all levels.

Requires the ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.

Required Qualifications:

Requires computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, or related tools is preferred.

Expectation to know or learn specific software and platforms used by Drury Hotels: Delphi, Workday, Stay by Agilysis, etc.

Requires effective time management and organizational skills.
