Retail Lead

As a Retail Lead, you will assist the Supervisor and other Team Members in cleaning, stocking, and other day-to-day responsibilities, which assure efficient and appealing store function. This position is accountable for delivering a superior guest experience, while enforcing all park policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Opening and closing stores
2. Handling returns, voids, and guest issues
3. Maintaining a clean and safe sales area and work environment
4. Operating Point of Sale (POS) registers
5. Inventory control: maintain stock levels in stores, maintain displays, control damage and write-up transfers and damage
6. Carry out or develop daily break schedule for Team Members in stand(s)
7. Communicate effectively with other Team Members. Leads, and your Supervisor
8. Enforcing all Six Flags policies
9. Excellent guest service and verbal communication skills
10. Assisting in other areas of the Retail Department

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 15
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
• Good communication skills, reading, and writing skills
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
