As a Key Holder, you will support delivering sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: they're retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our customers.
Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment. Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture. Demonstrated sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly. Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education: High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
