  • Applying Reliability-Based Maintenance programs such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Analyzing data (failure, cost, uptime, MTTR, MTTF, etc.) using appropriate reliability analysis tools to develop and implement improvement plans.
  • Serving as the equipment reliability Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the business and leading reliability improvement teams.
  • Managing and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that detail the results of reliability program activities.
  • Performing and documenting equipment criticality analysis to support an effective critical spare parts strategy.
  • Managing Predictive Maintenance Program activities, including analysis and training for team members (Ultrasound, Infrared Thermography, Tribology, Vibration, and other available technologies).

  • Experience using data analysis tools
  • Good communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Experience with reliability analysis, predictive (PdM), and preventative maintenance (PM).
