This position has a broad scope of responsibility for supporting much of the department's day-to-day work, as well as playing a vital role in the decision-making process on larger issues within the area. This will require the ability to learn all aspects of the area and use this knowledge to support and implement process improvements. This position would be responsible for all facets of the shipping/receiving area. Daily tasks would include but not limited to handling inbound/outbound parcels, shipping claims, branch meter support, and branch support. Additionally, this individual would work closely with team members on creating SOPs for the area, working on refinements and enhancements to processes and procedures, and help with the logistical coordination of various fulfillment projects.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate: Hiring Minimum: $42,100 Hiring Maximum: $65,100
• 1-2 years of applicable experience, preferably in shipping/receiving
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stand, and walk throughout much of the day
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Must have strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload in order to be able to fulfill responsibilities of the department
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to learn and streamline processes
• Ability to apply industry and functional knowledge to enhance systems, processes, and controls
• Ability to establish controls and efficient workflows, guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Nice to have: Class E Drivers License
It is a requirement for this role to be onsite M-F, HQ North Campus - 201 Progress Parkway.
