The Post Transition Support plays a critical role in enhancing the advisor and practice experience by intaking feedback, monitoring trends, and sharing key learnings with Market and Practice Solutions (MPS) leadership to identify and address experience improvement opportunities. This role will conduct listening and observation sessions with top practitioners, package insights into actionable resources, and communicate findings to business partners to drive impactful changes. The associate will also analyze and synthesize external research, applying critical thinking to ensure relevance and alignment with business objectives.

This role directly impacts the quality of post-transition experiences for advisors and practices. Through effective execution and collaboration, the Post Transition Support role helps ensure that MPS offerings are aligned with advisor needs and continuously improved based on real-time feedback.
Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
