Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Execution: Lead the implementation of OCI's strategic roadmap.
• Engineering Programs: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Cross-Pillar Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for cross-pillar projects.
• Technical Expertise: Lead technical programs in software and hardware engineering.
• Innovation and Engineering Excellence: Lead the implementation of new tools and methodologies.

Qualifications include:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience as a TPM or similar leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of cloud computing, datacenter design, software development, and hardware engineering.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of successful project deliveries.
• Familiarity with Oracle's OCI offerings.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
