Organize and execute various recruiting initiatives to fulfill the seasonal staffing needs for our theme park. Research and attend local recruitment fairs. Assist pending employees through the I9 Paperwork Process. Conduct interviews for certain job positions. Responsible for developing, organizing, and executing recruiting programs for all Seasonal team members. Facilitate and attend high school and university hiring events. Responsible for organizing and implementing seasonal job fairs/community events. Track and analyze statistical employment information and trends to help in recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
Minimum age: 18
Valid driver's license
Looking to fill shifts varying between the hours of 8:30am-7:30pm. Weekends are a must.
Have strong verbal and written skills.
Have computer knowledge with different programs.
Be able to pay attention to details.
Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude.
Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others.
