Job Opportunity: Janitor / Custodian / Commercial Cleaner

Extra Hands Services, Inc., is seeking dependable Janitors, Custodians, and Commercial Cleaners for full-time 2nd shift work. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily janitorial and custodial cleaning tasks
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, offices, floors, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning checklists
• Maintain cleanliness standards in all assigned areas
• Report maintenance or supply needs
• Provide professional service in all client areas

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting to 25-40 lbs)
• Experience as a janitor, custodian, housekeeper, cleaner, environmental services tech, or floor tech is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow

Reliability Requirements:

• Must maintain consistent attendance
• Must follow a set 1st shift schedule
• Onboarding and job training required
• Ongoing quality checks included
