Key account role supporting the Facilities Management (IFM) and Engineering teams in meeting their strategic business objectives, compliance requirements, and key performance indicators. Operates as an integrator between the IFM teams, COE platform, Shared Services, and field operations as well as with vendors and account leadership. This position is responsible for related data integrity and reporting tools for the delivery of IFM services and ensures the reliability of the service lines work product and enhances the IFM services process to improve efficiency as well as support relationships with service providers and create vendor management routines. The candidate must have a strong data governance focus, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of engineering/HVAC systems. Primarily working in client-based systems to create visualizations and custom reporting, using multiple data sources to assist the IFM team and client in timely data management processes and quality and reliability of deliverables for decision-making presentations.
