About The Role
The Enterprise Solutions & Experience (ESE) organization is central to the UKG strategy, enabling enterprise-wide solutions that are simple, valuable, and scalable. We are seeking a Director of Service Portfolio Management to lead the design, governance, and execution of ESE's service portfolio. This leader will ensure every service is aligned to enterprise priorities, delivers measurable business value, and reflects UKG's people-first ethos. Reporting to the VP of IT Strategy & Transformation in the CIO org, this role will be instrumental in shaping how ESE invests in, manages, and evolves its portfolio of services to support UKG's growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Portfolio Leadership
- Define, manage, and continuously evolve the ESE service portfolio in alignment with CIO and enterprise strategy.
- Establish and oversee governance, measurement, and prioritization frameworks for portfolio investments.
- Ensure services are clearly defined, measurable, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders across IT, business, and corporate functions to ensure services meet enterprise needs.
- Anticipate emerging needs and drive innovation in service design and delivery models.
- Portfolio Transparency & Value Realization
- Implement methods to evaluate and communicate the value, adoption, and cost-effectiveness of services.
- Provide insights to CIO and business leaders on portfolio performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and retire redundant or underperforming services to optimize portfolio effectiveness.
- Leadership & Influence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO and ESE leadership team on portfolio direction and investment.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across GTM, Finance, Customer Experience, and HR.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence within ESE.
Basic Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive leadership in service portfolio management, service management, or enterprise IT strategy, ideally in large, global organizations.
- Proven ability to design and manage complex service portfolios that drive measurable business impact.
- Expertise in portfolio governance, financial management, and service lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's degree required

- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
