The Director Of Operations (DOO) will oversee all janitorial service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing multi-site janitorial operations and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Developing and implementing systems to improve operational efficiency and quality.
- Managing and mentoring area supervisors, fostering career growth opportunities.
- Building strong customer relationships through transparent communication and accountability.
- Monitoring financial performance, labor costs, and ensuring profitability.
- Leading incident resolution processes and customer retention initiatives.
- Driving continuous improvement aligned with company core values.
What we're looking for:
- 7-10 years of janitorial operations leadership.
- Track record of managing $5M+ portfolios.
- Strong communicator, integrity-driven, client-focused.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or related discipline is the standard expectation.
- Experience: Ten or more years of progressively more responsible experience in facilities, operations, or janitorial services. This includes significant time spent in a senior leadership or management capacity.

- Operational management
