Now hiring: Compassionate Direct Support Caregiver in Oak Grove, MO. Immediate opening: 23 hours per week. Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a dedicated direct support caregiver to join our team and make a real difference in the life of a pediatric client in Oak Grove.

About the Role: This position is more than just a job. It is a chance to provide comfort, support, and meaningful companionship to a child or young adult in their home. This will be a hands-on role assisting with personal care, mealtime, daily activities, while also being a friendly and reassuring presence. The current need is for 23 hours per week, with the schedule to be discussed during the interview.

A Day in the Life May Include:

• Preparing and cleaning up after meals
• Bathing and personal care

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• 1+ year of direct support and/or behavioral health experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
